Hi, Gurus,
I set a circular wave port and simulate the far fields in HFSS.
But I found the default excitation mode of circular wave port is a line, i.e. X=0, Y=0, a line with the same direction as Z axis.
in another word, the excitation source is a very high gain source with more than 33dB in gain in z axis, and the beamwidth is very narrow.
But I want the excitaion source with a flat gain in Phi=0deg and Phi=90deg , gain not so high, maybe 0dB or even 3dB, the beamwidth FOV is more than 50 degree.
Is it possible to set such a excitation source in HFSS's circular wave port?
Best,
Tony Liu
