How to change mosfet stress in cadence.I want to measure the piezoresistive effect. I don't know how to write the pressure into the scs file.

Connect the MOSFET to an appropriate circuit that will control its voltage. This is usually done using a microcontroller or similar device capable of generating the desired voltage.
