how to change JVC protocol to SONY SIRC protocol?

i have a problem in compiling sony sirc protocol. if anyone has sony sirc protocol code that can send command to tv can you please help me?
 

why when i compiled the code i got these errors:
20 393 'button' Identifier redefined
60 318 Assigning to non-lvalue 'Button'
74 317 Operator '' is not applicable to these operands ''
74 424 '}' expected '}' found
89 312 Internal error ''
