Hello everyone,

Can anyone say how to caliculate leakage power of any (analog) schematic driven circuit in cadence virtuoso
through spectre or eldo simulators

Thanking you
Ramesh

finding leakage current wasnt easy for us as well... althoughh, there is one post on edaboard.com that suggested that one method is to cut all inputs (ie effectively keep all the devices switched off manually) and then measure the current flowing through the supply.
Its not the best way of doing this, but it helped us...
although, it does get tough this way for bigger circuits.

i have calculated static power through this but i found it same for both 1x4 and 3x4 domino ckts. is something wrong or it is so ?
