I design a LCR meter, but I have not high precise LCR meter(such as agilent 4263 LCR meter) for compare induction test value, how can I to calibrate this meter?use a standard inductor?
Anyone can help me? thanks advance!

You are pretty much stuck with the standard inductor method. Be aware that the reading you get is the test leads plus the inductor. One trick is to connect the test leads together and subtract that reading from the component reading.

Which standard inductor did you mean? Did you mean those inductor found in electronic devices (like inductor chip, power inductor, etc)? Or, those 'standard' inductor used to calibrate equipment ( like this one: https://www.ietlabs.com/Genrad/1482.html )?

It is difficult to buy stardard inductor, which method can i use for calibration this LCR meter?
