High volt device & Circui in standard CMOS tech /Hussein ballan

how to calculate Rds_on in High volt MOS device ??
I find a equation in page 242 , where can I find surface desity equation in this book , thank you

sn = surface_density
Sn = surface

sn = Width / Sn
