How to calculate V2 function of Vin, V1 and W1/L1 ?

Hi all,
The shematic below shows differents nodes. Vin signal is a dc voltage and V1 is a sinusoid. What is the voltage at the node V2 when the nmos M1 is linear and saturation mode ?
