Hi,
How do we calculate the trace impedance (RLC) of a 2 layers ceramic given that
1. dielectric constant 7.8, conductor silver 8um
2. no ground plane, ceramic thickness 400um
3. top signal trace with 150um width, ground trace 450um width, both traces connected thru via (240um diameter) to the bottom pad with 450um x 450um dimension individually.
Do we have any reference calculation method as this is not a type of microstrip where there is a reference ground plane?
