Etched inductor??

hi all

1- how can i calc. the inductance of etched inductor on PCB ????

2- does any one have a circuit for 30 MHz (sine wave) oscillator without COIL??

concerning the oscillator you can try max0038 frequency generator which can give freuency upto 20mhz
