calculate band gap

Hi,all
I am trying to design a banggap reference. How to calculate the current through pnp(using as a diode)? If I calculate according to the thermol noise,it must be very large, maybe several mA.But my friend tell me that I could calculat the 1/f noise only, and the circuit wouldn't work normally if the current is larger than 10µA.
What should I do?

Dear blue_orangee,
Could you please elaborate

I am trying to design a bandgap reference
I want to know how to calculate the current through
the bipolar transistor so that the circuit can satisfy the specification such as the TC (10ppm)?
How can I make the noise of the circuit mininal?
