how to calculate temparature using ntc 103

i have a black disc ntc thermistor marked 103 in it .how to calculate temparature.hoe can i get the b value for claculating the temparature.i have no other details other than 103 marked on it.
 

103 means that you have a 10,000 ohm or 10K PTC
follow this link and have a table of correspondence between temperature and ohmic value expected for this ntc
