How to calculate reactive energy in 4 quadrant of AT73C500?

I don't know if my topic here is right.
Any body work with AT73C500?
I don't know how to calculate reactive energy in 4 quadrant?
The reactive inductive/capacitive energy in datasheet in fact are import/export energy,is it right?
