How to calculate Q in ADS ?

use sparameter simulation
make it compute the group delay
and use the equation q = pi*freq*(delay(2,1))
this equation is used in one of the tutorials on www.rfic.co.uk

Just get the impedance of the component of which you want to know the Q

using AC simulation or S-parameter simulation, and then calculate

Imag(Z)/Real(Z). It's the definition of Q.
