how to calculate electricity usage(kwh/day) calculated from labels?

xplain with example by any household device
 

Watt rating of the device is first noted

Then multiply it with the time the device is used you will get kWh from this you can calculate any thing you need
 

My friend Jefrrey explain correct calc. Sometimes if we have periodic turning on of some device this is hard to calc with some formula. Example is refrigerator, compressor will turn on when needed or termostat say. For this situations use exact measurement with electric meter device.
