igbt resistance

Hi everybody,
How to calculate IGBT "ON Resistance". I am using SGP23N60UFD in my design. In MOSFET parameter(Rdson) is there for "ON Resistance". In SGP23N60UFD data sheet no where such parameter is not mentioned.

The final element in IGBT is not mos-fet but bipolar , so consequently has no sense to declare one.

Dear Dragan,
I red in one application note IGBT has low "ON Resistance" and high break down voltage. So I want confirm with specifications of MOSFET and IGBT. I found ON resistance in MOSFET, but I could not find in the IGBT data sheet.

You dont have on resistance you have transconductance.

In saturated operation, they don't have a transconductance. They behaviour can be best descibed by the sum of a saturation voltage and a resistance, basically the same as with a BJT, but at a higher voltage level. Also a MOSFET rdson parameter is a simplification. Just take a look at the Typical Output Characteristics in the IGBT datasheet. This diagram contains all necessary information, and also clarifies why rdson doesn't fit for an IGBT.
