How to assign pin number in synplfy?

assign pin number to gal

I use /*synthesis altera_chip_pin_lc = "@18" */ to assign pin number in synplify.But After I compiled this EDIF file in QUARTUS,I did not find pin assignment in quartus project.This pin assignment is not my assignment in synplify.How to do that?TKS!
