How to apply PCB green mask(LPI) without masking the pads?

well,
i've that green LPI mask but i'm confused about how to apply it without masking the pads.
how can i apply it leaving the pads not masked for soldering.

Hi tamerakshar,


One of the methods that you can use is SILK SCREEN .
 

what is green mask pcb

You can mask or unmask via's while you are generating gerber.
For masking, you can get it done from your pcb vendor by supplying his soldermask film.
 

lpi mask

In PCB designing softwares there is a sinkscrenn output option it gives a print out of pads only you can mask the pcb using this.
