This is a bandgap circuit, and there have MOS transtrators M1-M4 that introduce "self-biased", and resistance R1-R3.
My question is: 1. why the MOS introduce "self-biased".
2. what is the roles that resistance R1-R3 play?

1. For low Vdd(avoid body effect) and low noise
2. R1: delta Vbe/R1
R2 and R3 for low cascode current bias

Hi sunking, can you tell me detail?
