how can i adjust the PMOS and NMOS transistors width and length values in 6T SRAM..in SPECTRE..
and can any one suggest some text books how to find current, threshold value, power dissipation, for designing the schematic in SPECTRE
and also all the basics how to design and while designing what what we should consider can any one explain or can anyone suggest textbooks related to this....

am doing research in digital communications please suggest related to digital circuits
