Hi,
I am trying to simulate Regulated Cascode TIA on Virtuoso. I connected a current source and large capacitor (~500fF) to imply there is a photodiode at the source. But then after I simulate, I found that the transistor T15 is off since Vgs < Vth (Vth ~ 400mV). I am trying to give some higher voltage at the gate of this transistor, but not sure how to do it. I played with DC bias current of the current source, and it didn't work.
Basically, I am wondering how to adjust the bias voltage at the output of the photodiode. Can anyone help?
