i am new at embedded system and wants to know how i can add ucos 2 rtos in keil compiler ,
plz help me

What microcontroller are you using? If you navigate to Micriums website, they list a large amount of ports for various processors. Furthermore, many of the microcontrollers use Keil, so Micrium provides example projects that you can simply import and compile.

Here is the link that will take you to the page that lists all of the various ports. Once you know which uC you are using, download the the correct port and simply import the project into Keil.
