how to add roughness function on surface of HFSS 3D model interconnect line

I want to incorporate surface roughness on upper surface of Copper line generated in HFSS Solver. I generated a VB Script for 3D model of planer interconnect line for HFSS. I also generated a function in matlab which shows the rough profile. Now, I want to know how to insert this surface profile on the upper surface of interconnect line.
