How to add a "DRAM controller" to Capture ORCAD li

Hi

I am designing a system based on 8085 as a project for "machin stracture" and I want to use a DRAM controller in Capture (ORCAD)
for an 8 bit DRAM, but I could not find information on a suitable controller.

Please guide me how can I download this component and then add it to the orcad library?

Do you know the component name? Do you have component Spice model?

Or you just want to simply draw it which you can make it yourself.
