You can put the s2p file in your project directory, then in the schematic window open the drop down menu to "DATA ITEMS" (Upper left side).
Then pick the proper X port symbol. (.s2p --> S 2, .s1p--> S 1).
Double click the symbol and at the file name put you S-Par file.
