how to add a BJT model in ADS 2005??

dear all

how can i add the following BJT model to the ADVANCED DESIGN SYSTEM 2005A
to use it in my circut

N2222A NPN Transistor

.model Q2N2222A NPN (IS=14.34F XTI=3 EG=1.11 VAF= 74.03 BF=255.9

i found a compent but i will have to enter each parameter one by one !!!


also why not like orcad you can find many comp. from many companies and you can add them without the need to get the model ??

ads bjt

in ads there is a feature called netlist converter , it convert the model to the Pspice model , to ADS model, and then include the model in the schematic
