How to achive desired value of PAE using ADS

Hello all,
I have to plan design a power amplifier at 10 GHz but I am new designing amplfier. I am gonna use CGHV1J006D for designing and I have done load pull but could not get enough PAE. What should i do to increase the PAE. Thanks for responses.

Check the "Drain Current" under large signal conditions. It has to be equal to the current which is mentioned in your Load Pull table.

I think you must check your "Z_source at the fundamental freq" and "Pavs_dBm"
CGHV1J006D typically has 17 dB of gain and optimized for using 6 Watt (=37.7 dBm)

loadpull simulation is affected by Pavs, Z_s_fund, bias condition and more
