How to abtain quality factor for T type network

It is known that the quality factor of the circuit below is 1/(wCR).

But does anyone konw how to abtain quality factor for T type network shown below? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you know the DEFINITION of the quality factor, you can compute it for any given passive network - of course, also for your example circuit.
Simply calculate the impedance between both nodes and separate it into the real and imaginary part, respectively.
