How produced SOIC 16 pin with ICS067 markings?

ICS067

I'm looking for an IC information, it's a SOIC 16 pin, the marking on the IC is ICS067. any one happen to know the manufacturer of this chip? the function of this chip should be a RF mixer of some type. Thanks
