Can a pad and a bondwire support this current?
I make a 7 to 128 decoder using static psedu nmos method myself,it turns out to be using this huge dc current...

in my 0.18um process, an I/O can stand 75mA current,
so i think DC 20mA is only a little for an I/O

Yes, one pad and one bondwire is enough for 200mA. Mainly consideration is IR drop on the bonding. It is about 50mohm for 1mm bonding wire.
