How much for each RTOS in commercial product?

Do you know how much we have to pay for using RTOS in commercial product?

1) iTRON : Only member fee, no royalty fee for commercial
2) VxWorks: Expensive
3) QNX: Expensive
4) uCOS: ?
5) eCOS: ?
6) ....
 

why not try uClinux ?? free and open .
 

In this case, i'm looking for a small OS with less than 32Kb footprint.

they seems to use SDCC in their site details.
How much is the cost of RTX51 full and Salvo?
