How many watts can the maximum continuous power be achieved when IRF740 is used as the inverter's rear-stage 220V output? Can it last for 600W?
This is a 12V to 220V inverter! No problem at the front stage, I just replaced it with four IRF740 tubes and repaired it! I want to bring a 580W little sun! Can you stand it? There is a fan inside.

You can do simple math on your own.
For 600W @12V you need at least 50A of average input current.
The datasheet for the MOSFET says it can stand 10A of continous current (best case).
For switching purposes the "allowed" current will be less than 10A.
--> no way that it can stand 50A average of a pulsed current.
If you need more details you need to provide the schematic and more circuit details (switching frequency, duty cycle...)
The power and current specs for a MOSFET is based on infinite heat sinking. Current is also limited by wire bonds and package leads.
Heating of the MOSFET will be the limiting factor which depends on your physical heatsinking capability.
A MOSFET with lower Rds_ON will generate less heating for a given current but lower Rds_ON generally also comes with greater device capacitance which the gate driver must be capable of driving with sufficient switching time.
