How many stitch vias should I use om a PCB?

How many stitch vias should I add to a PCB?

I have added stich vias close to where signals changes reference planes and also near all bypass capacitors. But how many stitch vias besides this should I add?

Any web links where I can read more about this?

Any books that explains these kind of quastions?

Hi,
stitching via mainly for good conductivity for power and ground.if in you case has high current running you need to add more stitching via ,
