How I can control the speed of BLDC Motor of near about 300W power?

Ah!, 48 V that makes all the difference. A brushless DC motor has a shaft sensor and switching transistors, so the current in the coils is switched at the correct time to get the rotor to revolve to the next pole, and a different transistor then switched to move the rotar to the next position. So you have to remove all this stuff and replace it with one of your own design. If you want the motor to revolve slowly , you might have to put a flywheel on it. You could consult the motors manual?

You can design a circuit using power mosfets and drive the gate of mosfets with PWM of required Duty Cycle.
