annoying outlook messages

Hi All,

I am writing a C++ program to send e-mail, through calling outlook, to a group of friends . Every time, I try to send e-mails, there is the annoying e-mail "A program is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in outlook. Do you want to allow this?.....". Does anyone how to get rid of this??

Thanks,
Mesfet+

Hi,
are you using the Outlook object model to send mails ? if not, please clarify how are you sending mails via outlook ?

Hi,you might need to make Outlook trust your software.Another example is the Acrobat Professional 6.0 which will cause this message.

this is a Virus protection .
it normal
u need to allow you soft to use outlook.

I would suggest writing a SMTP client yourself using standard socket interface. It is easier than it normally appears and rids you of all compatibility issues with outlook etc.
