How does the t0 change if we do sampling by 16kbps?

Dear all,

t0 is the time required in trasmitting an analog voice signal from point A to point B.

if we do sampling by 16kbps , how does the t0 change?

I mean, what is the formula for t0 ?

t0 does not depend on the sampling rate. if your problem is more complex give the whole data.

dear scholar_a you talked two highly different things.

t0 in analog systems depends on the separation of the points.
In air it would be t0=d/c, d is the separation/distance and c is velocity of light.

In digital system we must talk about the rate of transmission too
