How does a input of a 4.5 nF piezo receiver look like?

Piezo receiver

Hi does anyone have an idea what the input of an 4.5 nF piezo receiver (into following common-emitter amplification stages) would have to look like? It is receiving 8MHz square-waves from another piezo transmitter.
