How do you implement not gate in hspice using "NangateOpenCellLibrary"

hello

i want to implement gate not in hspice using "NangateOpenCellLibrary_PDKv1_3_v2010_12".
can you help me step by step how do it?

In this cell library, do you see any "inv_" (inverter) cells?
These are your "not" gate, already done.
