Hello people!
Hope I am posting in the right forum...
I have developed a prototype for a dc motor speed control circuit.
It is atmega16 based, using 2 MC33932 ICs to get 4 PWM channels.
I tested with 2 actuators (I am using firgelli high speed linear actuators)
and it worked perfectly fine. Here's a youtube link :

As soon as I connected all 4 actuators, after 3 - 4 cycles, 2 actuators stopped working.
Upon inspection I found out that the output terminals of one of the ICs was shorted to ground.
According to datasheet, it happens when there's a short-circuit or IC is over-heated. But in my case,
there's neither a short-circuit nor over-heating. Please let me know what the problem might be.
Also, I am unable to reset the IC. Please help me out!!
Here's the schematic of the board (it shows only one IC. There are 2 in fact)
