how do i multiply two cels using cellfunc

In matlab, how to multiply two cells let's say = {[1 2 ] , [1 3] ; [1 6] , [5 2] } L={[1],[0],[0],[0];[0],[1],[0],[0]}

I want to do L*D how do I do that? --Thanks
