how do dump PDEF from JupiterXT/Astro for Physical compiler?

I used JupiterXT Input/Output -> Output PDEF to get the PDEF file. But the file doesn't contain PIN information and the physical compiler couldn't use it do physical optimization. Anyone can tell me how to do this?
