how connect mcu to pci card?

hi everybody
i am going to connect mcu (pic avr 8051 ,...) to ethernet card(pci) such as d-link tx530.any body can help me?

there is'nt any body help me?
i'm going to send many data via lan to pc . any body have idea for my problem?

There are many problems to connect 8 bit uC to PCI card, try connect to ISA ethernet card instead!

picnic is the effort to bring PICs (8-bit microcontroller by Microchip) and NICs (network interface controllers) together. The current hardware configurations are a PIC 16F877 micro controller, and an NE-2000 compatible ISA ethernet card with a Realtek 8019AS chip. The PIC software features a Web server and supports ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, and HTTP.
