Tunnel diode

How can simulate a tunnel diode in ADS?

Re: Tunnel diode

I am going to guess NO. Tunnel diodes get their negative R from a weird avalance breakdown effect, where doping levels, channel dimensions, etc., are required to predict performance. Normal diode models, no matter how customized, are not going to predict the effect.
