How can obtain the+15 volt or +24volt

I have changable dc voltage between 5 to 9 VDC I want to produce constant +15Vdc or Constant +24Vdc from my source(between 5 to 9 VDC ). Anybody have any idea or circuit.

You can use boost converter to achieve 15Vdc and 24Vdc. You may try the online design tool frm National Semicondutor:

This depends on the current you require in your application.
Easy solution is , for example, the LM2577 regulator ( **broken link removed** ).
So, how many AmPs. mAmps, µAmps dou you need?

I am sorry. I need maxsimum 10mA for 24VDC

In this case you can build circuit like this:

and just change the zener diode from 12V to 15V, 24V etc.
Should work...
