I have biased my circuit and i have check the stability. Now my next step is i want to match the 50 Ohm impedance to load impedance here in my case load is Transistor. So i have used the following methodology for my impedance i.e., first i have loaded the s parameters of a transistor then i have given the gain of a transistor which has specified in data sheet where i can able to get a gain circle in smith chart utility. Then i have given the noise parameters where i have defined the Gamma opt, minimum noise figure then i can able to get the noise circle. The point at which the gain circle and noise circle intersects, that i have taken as a load impedance. Am i going in correct way? If not can anyone suggest me how to proceed?

You need to transform the 50 Ohm source impedance to the impedance you need to present at the input of the transistor for your desired noise and gain. With the smith chart utility tool is quite straight forward. You have to set the load as 50 ohm and the source impedance as your desired impedance so you get those 2 points on the smith chart.
Once you have that, you can start adding components interactively in order to move the 50 ohm (center of the smith chart) to your desired impedance. There are many ways to do so and you will find it very intuitively with the tool.
Hope that helps.
