How can I use monte carlo in Hspice for R(resistor)?

hspice installation directory have some demos for variation analysis.
one of them will help u
or u can check hspice_sa manual for variation block based monte carlo analysis
u will get plenty of data

I can't find Monte carlo R in this help
oneperson said that I can use Guassian method for this caculation.
Do you know how I can use this method?

in ur hspice installation u will find

demo/hspice/variability/opampmc.sp
this file has sample of resistor variation

by default variation goes to guassian only
