how can I set the license.dat of Cadence IC50 in Redhat7.3?

when I run the ./rc_lic
in the license.log it shows:

when I run softload , the options 4and 5 are
4) (unavailable option) Configure Installed Products
5) (unavailable option) Test Installed Products
I don't know how to make them available?

btw: I'm a linux and eda tools beginner.
who can help me?
