HOW CAN I MODEL THE OPAMP THE MATLAB

I am doing on a S/H opamp in ADC.

But I got problem with simulation the settling Time with Matlab.

How can I model it and find the min_Tsettling?

Is there any REF somebody would share with me ?

Maybe you can try to refer to:

Actually it's not exactly about opamp, but there is modeling method in the case of delta sigma.
But as it addresses switched capacitor DSM model, I think u can try to have a similar approach to model the finite of the amp GBW and settling error.
