How can I know the IP address of e-mail sender?

I received certain e-mail from a stranger, and i would like to know the location from which he sent that e-mail. I think there's some way to know from the e-mail sent to me the IP address of that person (assuming that he's not hiding it with any other softwares), then knowing the international IP map, I can know from which country is that guy from.
Can anyone tell me how?

There are several Internet security software available to tell you the path (origin to destination) of your mail.
if you know any programming language then you can write your own too.
You need the IP address database and do a lookup in it.

well u just have to type the someone@company.com.readnotify.com at the end of the email address of receiver
