This file is generated by cadence allegro. But i don't know how to import it to the cam350. It always tells me the format cannot be recognized?

Hi,

In Allegro, while generating drill file, did you have the Excellon format as 2, 4 and selected options Leading zero suppression, Equal coordinate suppression and Enhanced Excellon format ?

And while importing in CAM350, you need to select
Format - Excellon,
Digits - Integer 2; Decimal 4,
Zero suppression - Leading

And the unit in which gerber was generated is to be selected.

Regards.
