How can i import HFSS field plot to Matlab?(maybe format of HFSS file is dsp)

i figured out that field plot's format of HFSS file is dsp.
But i have no idea of putting these in to matlab plot.
Is there any more easy way that can plot E field at HFSS(2D plot) to matlab plot(2D imagesc plot)

I found that maybe i have to use field calculator to export the data, but i cant find specifics. Please help
